I help companies make operations measurable, build the systems needed to improve them, and prove the impact. My work combines process intelligence, AI, data engineering, and regulation — especially where data is messy, systems are fragmented, and decisions need to be traceable. Through Tragwerk I focus on process intelligence, operational improvement, and AI enablement; through Open Beta I build AI and audit-grade data solutions for regulated, high-stakes domains, including LuLarge — a finance-focused initiative linking financial instruments to real assets, locations, and ownership. I have built production systems in banking, satellite-based climate intelligence, AI-driven data curation for financial markets, and traceability systems in forestry and industrial supply chains — across the full lifecycle, from first problem framing to production-grade implementation.

LuLarge is a finance-focused initiative within Open Beta: a data layer that links financial instruments to real assets, locations and ownership. Projects include trustworthy ESG data extraction for GSSS bonds (2025) and the EVAL Engine, an AI-powered validation layer that raises the trustworthiness and auditability of AI workflows in the GSSS bond market (2025 – present).
Banking and risk controlling (Hypo Tirol AG, 2019 – 2021, including TLTRO III regulatory reporting), Earth Observation and climate intelligence (GeoVille, 2023 – 2025), forestry and timber supply-chain traceability (Beetle ForTech, as CTO & CFO, 2020 – 2023), sustainable finance and ESG data (LuLarge and Open Beta), insurance (Allianz Gruppe, 2016) and paper manufacturing (UPM Communication Papers, 2004 – 2010).
He won the Galileo Masters Award and the Copernicus Masters Award (European Commission, 2021); further qualifications are the Open Innovation Challenge (Bundesbeschaffung GmbH, 2025) and EU AI Act Essentials (AI Campus, 2026). He holds an MSc in Data Science & Intelligent Analytics (FH Kufstein Tirol), an MSc in Behavioural Science for Management (University of Stirling) and is a PhD candidate in Economics at Universität Innsbruck.
